Since its foundation in 1970, C R Hutchison & Co Pty Limited (CRH) has striven for excellence in the provision of surveying services. A formal Quality Management System (operating to Australian Standard AS3901) was introduced in 1991 and, in September, 1993, CRH successfully completed an External Audit of the system to meet the very high standards of the then NSW Department of Public Works and Services and their requirements for "Substantial Implementation". CRH achieved JAS-ANZ Third Party Quality Assurance Certification to ISO9001:1994 in November, 1996 and ISO 9001:2000 in November 2003.
Since implementation, CRH has remained committed to the philosophy of quality management. This fact is integral with the ethos of the firm. A major strength of the firm is the commitment by management to ongoing training of staff and the high level of supervision provided by the Partners to more junior personnel.
At CRH, our focus is on the future and therefore we are committed to continually improving quality and cost effectiveness of our business and in growing client value.
To this end, the firm now operates under a new Business Systems Manual that has been devised from systems and procedures developed since inception.
